No complains. Very nice and fast service. Basically no waiting time and everyone very nice. We got bottled water first thing upon arrival. All explanations and the car was standing there ready. Great service. The car was Chinese, we were no fans but it did his duty.

I called Rentalcargroup after 2 hours waiting, your colleague told me that I could rent a car in another agency and send the invoice and I would be paid the difference. This would be a good solution, except that all the car rental agencies were saturated, and had no other car or other options.
